Studio
Privacy policy
Studio is a private application used by its owner. It is not offered to the public and has no other users. This policy describes what Studio will do with data from connected services.
Current status. The Google Calendar connection described below is not yet enabled. Studio does not presently request, receive, or store any Google Calendar data. The sections that follow state, in advance, what will happen once the owner enables that connection.
Google Calendar
When the Google Calendar connection is enabled and the owner connects an account, Studio will request read-only access, and only to the calendars the owner selects. Studio will never create, edit, move, or delete a calendar event, and will never write anything to Google Calendar.
What will be retained
Studio will keep a minimized projection of the selected calendars covering a rolling window of approximately 30 days, so a schedule can be shown when the device is offline. That projection will contain only:
- event and calendar identifiers issued by Google;
- the event's display title, or a "Busy" placeholder where the title is not available to Studio;
- start and end times, and whether the event is all-day;
- the event's status and the attendance response of the owner;
- synchronization metadata, such as version, update timestamps, and notification-channel records.
Event titles will be encrypted at rest. They will be decrypted only in memory, and only for the purpose of synchronizing the projection and returning the schedule to the owner's own device.
What will never be stored
Studio will not store event descriptions, locations, attendees or their contact details, conferencing or meeting-link data, attachments, or any other event body content.
Access credentials
Credentials for connected services will be encrypted at rest and will be held only by Studio's own backend. They will never be sent to the application on the owner's devices.
Disconnecting and deletion
The owner will be able to disconnect Google Calendar from within Studio at any time. Disconnecting will revoke Studio's access and delete the stored calendar projection and the associated credentials. Access can also be withdrawn at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
Sharing, analytics, and tracking
Studio does not sell or share data with third parties, and will not do so for data from connected services. This website uses no analytics, no cookies, no tracking, and no third-party scripts, and it collects nothing from visitors.
Contact
Studio has a single user, who is also its author. Questions about this policy reach that person through the contact address shown on Studio's Google consent screen.
